About the Position
The Learning Consultant organizes and manages the execution of strategy in their assigned learning and development leadership programs. Under the direction of the Director of Learning & Development, this role: 1) designs, develops and delivers programs targeted to all employees such as on-boarding, new hire orientation, and general skills development courses, this could include instructor led training, eLearning, as well as synchronous or asynchronous web enabled courses 2) manages the content and data within the learning management system (LMS) that ensures alignment with regulatory compliance needs as well as corporate strategy, 3) performs multiple high-level administrative functions in support of all company training functions.
