ABOUT THE POSITION
IPA's Implementation Department manages, plans, and coordinates the implementation of the automated surgical scrub and linen dispensing equipment. Project teams consist of IPA employees and the customer working in synergy with each other toward the common goal of an on-time, successful system implementation. Activities include implementing project management, product installation, workflow, system design and configuration tasks, integration engineering functions and general customer relationship and partnering activities. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, this department is also responsible for many backend business functions including revenue forecasting and recognition, equipment logistics (including ordering, customer confirmation and return authorizations), implementation methodologies, solution best practices and quality system requirements
Reporting directly to the Director of Implementation Services, the Project Manager will hold the key responsibility of successfully implementing Company products that involve extensive customer interaction. This role effectively performs the required tasks to ensure timely go-lives and customer satisfaction and addressing critical customer service issues. The Project Manager will work in conjunction with the customer by gathering customer requirements, defining best practices, designing decisions, policy and procedures development and end-user training. The Project Manager must have the ability to establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams. This position requires 25%-35% travel as well as flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends.
