HR Analyst - HR Data Management (Manufacturing)
Job Summary:
Anadarko seeks an HR Data Management Analyst to join the HR Data Management team located in The Woodlands, TX office. The position is responsible for the administration and analysis of employee and organizational data in the HR system.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:
0-2 or more years of relevant HR system experience with Bachelor's degree, or 5 or more years of relevant experience without Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of HR processes and terminology
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make sense of complex data scenarios
Proven attentiveness to detail to ensure precision and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to design a new, or improve an existing, process work flow while thinking through upstream and downstream impacts, and coordinating efforts within and outside the department/company
Ability to establish, build, and maintain positive working relationships and collaborative partnerships with members of the HR function and other internal/external partners
Understanding of data governance and adherence to data quality standards
Strong computer skills and understanding of how to keep data safe, organized and properly stored
Strong organizational and technical skills
Flexible work aptitude and a willingness to take on new tasks as needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred.
Knowledge of SAP HR or Workday preferred.
Responsibilities:
Serve as an expert for HR in the area of HR data. Interpret and advise HR staff, management and employees regarding employee and organizational data
Participate in cross-functional work teams to investigate and address complex issues involving employee and organizational data, and process inefficiencies
Develop and maintain processes and procedures documentation for HR data transactions
Recommend adjustments to standard procedures to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency
Accountable for data accuracy and data integrity
Ensure data accuracy by implementing and performing data validation and process audits and updates
Analyze employee and organizational data to ensure the integrity of HR data residing in the HR system.
Maintain and update employee and organizational information in the HR system
Interpret data to assist in planning and management decisions for staffing
Prepare ad-hoc and regular reports to aid in performance monitoring and process improvement efforts
Create and deliver HR system process training to HR staff and others as needed
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.

This position is not eligible for relocation.
Travel Requirements:
Travel will be required up to 10%.
Work Schedule:
This position is eligible for the 5/40 or 9/80 work schedule.
