Enterprise Process Management Department (EPM) implements process management, process improvement, and process automation throughout the enterprise. The Project Manager will organize these multiple initiatives and ensure that proper process is followed, transparency is created and easily communicated, and updates are given concisely.
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to maintain consistency in reporting and governance. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and capable of managing up. They must be detail oriented and always on alert to make sure that governance of initiatives goes hand in hand with an ongoing desire to remove red tape. The ideal candidate will ensure that documentation for projects adds value.
Implement & Support Risk Programs:
The ideal candidate has direct experience with managing projects, interpreting risk assessments, and the implementation of those programs/projects. The role requires a strong understanding of project management and experience working on several initiatives at the same time.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
The role requires exemplary communication skills (verbal/written) and strong organizational and time management skills.
Material / Documentation Development:
The ideal candidate is proficient in developing policies, standards, and procedures documentation. The candidate is responsible for developing professional materials such as reporting, PowerPoint decks, and memos for a variety of professional internal / external audiences (e.g., Board, senior leadership, etc.)
