Role
The Credit Collection Analyst Intern is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times. Duties include: Quality and positive interactions with a large established Enterprise customer based, provide the highest standards of customer service and ensure that all company policies are followed. This role will be heavily focused on incoming phone and email interaction during peak times and will require the individual to handle a high volume / fast paced business office environment where interdepartmental communication skills will be in the forefront.

Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).
