Senior Group Manager - Market Development, Brain Modulation (Finance)
Medtronic Brain Modulation, within the Neuromodulation Operating Unit, is the global leader in Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) therapy. The Brain Modulation (DBS) business is going through an exciting time of rapid innovation and revenue growth. You will be joining a team of high-performing marketers to rapidly grow the DBS market and bring our innovations to more patients who could benefit from the DBS therapy.
The Senior Group Manager, Market Development will lead the Field Marketing Manager team to develop and execute market development initiatives: increase patient access to DBS therapy, develop referral pathways, disseminate clinical evidence, engage physician societies, etc. The leader in this role will partner with cross-functional teams to drive therapy awareness, education, and adoption, while ensuring alignment with the senior commercial leaders in the business. This will be a high visibility and high impact role to develop as a key commercial and business leader within the organization.
This role is open to remote within the continental United States for well qualified candidates.
