(Sr.) Compliance Analyst & OpEx I (II) (Agriculture)
The Operational Excellence and FERC Compliance Department is responsible for overseeing PJM's Human Performance and Operating Experience (HP&OE) Program as well as PJM's Internal Controls Program. The department also ensures that PJM maintains compliance with PJM's governing documents and other FERC filed rules and regulations as well applicable business practices developed by the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB).
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for coordinating and supporting activities to ensure PJM continually adheres to all requirements in its governing documents and that its business processes reflect this adherence. The Analyst will also support the Human Performance and Operating Experience program goals to prevent and reduce the frequency of human errors, promote behaviors throughout the organization to support reliable operations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of events. This individual will also perform as a project coordinator and/or scrum master for small to medium size enterprise initiatives.
The main support area for this role include the FERC Compliance program which includes the Quality Assurance Committee and Compliance Assessment Process.

Essential Functions:

Support the Quality Assurance Process and Quality Assurance Committee meetings in preparation and review to ensure PJM's adheres to all requirements in its governing documents and that its business processes reflect this adherence.
Support and lead program initiatives and process improvements for the Human Performance and Operating Experience program and Controls programs
Support and lead program initiatives for communication plans, metrics, and status reporting.
Support administration and management of department tools including DevonWay (event analysis and action items tracking) and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools
Support department training including Controls Training, Human Performance Tool Training, TapRooT Training, and DevonWay Training
Characteristics &Qualifications:
Required:
BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience with Regulatory and Compliance Project coordination/SCRUM Master, Process Improvement, Process Documentation & Quality Assurance
Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
Experience using verbal and written communications skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
Preferred:
At least 4 years of experience Electric Utility Industry Human Performance and Event Analysis Internal Controls
At least 4 years of experience
Experience with PJM Operations, Markets, Planning, and ITS functions
Experience with PJM's internal systems, business process, and tools
Experience with PJM's regulatory and governing documents
Experience with developing and/or documenting controls
Experience supporting PJM stakeholder Committees
Experience with PJM operations, markets, and planning functions
