Bilingual Communication Specialist (Spanish) (Media)
As an integral part of Tulsa Educare, Early Learning Works (ELW) is an initiative of Tulsa Educare beyond the walls of the schools. ELW mobilizes resources, engages with child care providers, parents and community organizations.
The Bilingual Communication Specialist at Tulsa Educare is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the external and internal communication and public relations strategy for Early Learning Works. The Bilingual Communication Specialist will use various tools and platforms to advocate for and expand the reach of Early Learning Works and Tulsa Educare.

Knowledge and Skills
Broad knowledge and experience in:
Primarily an office position with limited local travel, when requested by supervisor (exposure to normal traffic hazards). Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Evening and weekend event participation is required. Regular and reliable attendance required
