Patient Access Representative Ambulatory - Union Corners (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to:
Education:
Minimum - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum - One (1) year of experience in a customer service-related field
Preferred - One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Wednesday: 4:15 pm - 8:15 pm; Thursday-Sunday: 7:45 am - 5:15 pm. Holidays required. Hours may vary based upon the operational needs of the department.
