Production Support (Administrative)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Racks parts in preparation for wet processing. Confers with others as appropriate, and utilizes internal paperwork to help make appropriate racking decisions. Learns to use existing racks to full potential, gives feedback to improve upon existing racks, and supplies input towards design of new racks. Removes parts from rack after wet processing is completed, visually inspects parts for wet processing defects, and packs them per work instructions. Maintains clean, organized, and safe work environment. Remains flexible to perform other duties that may be assigned.
JOB LEVEL
Entry level. Develops the skills necessary to supply further input toward the development of new racks and racking techniques. Learns policies related to Quality Assurance Systems of Controls, and performs In-process Inspection requirements. Works to gain leadership qualities necessary to coach, teach and work with other personnel. This position must work in varying seasonal temperatures hot/cold. Must be able to stand on a continual basis for the duration of a shift and life 40-50 lbs. on a repetitive basis without assistance. This position also requires working in a chemical induced environment which requires PPE, respirators, fit testing and a medical evaluation will also be required to wear a respirator.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Possess knowledge required to complete all Imagineering internally generated paperwork. Through coaching and teaching, expands on knowledge acquired in training to eliminate possibility of damage to material from racking/unracking. Must have good math skills to count customer parts. Must have completed training requirements to achieve this level operator status. Must possess organization skills and have attention to detail.
JOB COMPLEXITY
Assignments are fairly basic. Operator must however be flexible and support the needs of the wet processing lines based upon production schedule.
SUPERVISION
Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must work closely with wet processing staff to ensure production schedule is met. Must be self-starter and perform other duties as time allows between rack/pack duties. Ultimately reports to Supervisor or designee. Solicits direction from Supervisor or designee when tasks are completed to determine and prioritize activities.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
The individual is encouraged to complete at least 24 hours of job related training per year. This may include in plant seminars/training sessions, as approved by the Operation Manager.
