Are you ready to be the strategic force behind successful advertising campaigns in one of America's most exciting markets? KTNV, The E.W. Scripps ABC affiliate in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a Sales Planner who will provide essential sales support and develop strategic media plans that drive results for our clients. You'll be at the heart of our sales operations, creating innovative solutions that meet client needs while supporting our team's success in this dynamic media landscape.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build media plans for internal reporting and tracking.

• Develop, revise and execute CTV media plans across the Scripps Networks portfolio.

• Build, revise and maintain sales proposals.

• Compile proposal requests and reweights as needed.

• Assist in the compilation and enhancement of upfront and scatter planning: reweight charts, RFP's and etc.

• Interact with Account Executive regarding proposed programming sponsorships & added-value initiatives.

• Foster key relationships with clients and agency contacts.

• Provide post summaries of account delivery and provide client correspondence as necessary.

• Keep abreast of industry news via "trades" to increase and strengthen knowledge of position and get a general/broad understanding of what's going on in the industry.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience

• Generally, 3+ years of experience in related field preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Knowledge of the media terminology and procedures within advertising sales

• Strong understanding and ability to efficiently perform duties from the start to finish of the sales proposal in an effort to properly maintain and steward client schedules

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Strong team player with ability and willingness to help guide or train others

• Ability to multitask, while staying organized and detail-oriented

• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills

• Understanding and experience with research sources

• Understand the tactical and needs of our clients and internal goals of advertising sales department
