Project Coordinator (Project Management)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing for product releases by tracking checklists, coordinating team confirmations, and organizing required documentation.
• Provide administrative support for Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), including scheduling and documenting impediments.
• Maintain and update sprint artifacts such as Jira tickets, team capacity trackers, and Confluence pages.
• Track and follow up on action items and due dates with relevant team members.
• Escalate identified blockers or risks to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
• Help with the preparation of project status reports and dashboards.
• Support PMs in maintaining organized project folders, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in a project support or coordination role, ideally in a software or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum is a plus.
