Copy Of Field Technician (Administrative)
· Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems that may include hardware and software components.
· Advises customer on operation procedures and requirement of systems.
· Communicates effectively in person to assist and train customers and partners.
· Tests and verifies the functionality of the equipment installed for optimal performance.
· Document processes and complete required documentation such as SATs, Vocs, Trip, reports and expenses reports.
· Assistance with the set-up of customer demonstrations and exhibitions (i.e., trade shows).
· Supports customers either remotely or in the office via either email or phone with the goal of troubleshooting and solving customers' requests, including but not limited to RMA processes.
· Other duties as may be assigned.
