Mission Assurance Analyst & Program Manager (Government)

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
ANSER is seeking qualified personnel to support USTRANSCOM Mission Assurance program within the USTRANSCOM Operations & Plans Directorate, Mission Assurance Division (TCJ34).
ANSER is seeking candidates with the expertise, experience, and background necessary to provide senior level analysis and program management to support planning, synchronization and execution of mission assurance and risk management activities for USTRANSCOM's mission and responsibilities. Specific tasks include:
Provide direct engagement with the customer contracting office representative (COR) and provide direct oversight of ANSER team personnel supporting the contract
Coordinate with COR to ensure scheduling, reporting and task execution is performed at the highest level of excellence and that all team personnel are provided the level of support needed to excel in their roles
Support administration, planning and operation of USTRANSCOM risk management and mission assurance activities, to include: foreign entity vetting, emergency management, CBRN defense, insider threat detection, COOP, critical infrastructure protection, antiterrorism and cybersecurity
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
15+ years' experience in mission assurance and relevant DoD higher headquarters staff positions
5+ years' experience in a senior role, leading or supporting a headquarters staff and/or in a HQ mission assurance role
5+ years' program management experience
Extensive knowledge of mission assurance and risk management policy, doctrine, activities and procedures as applied to Combatant Command (CCMD) level responsibilities
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Active Top Secret security clearance (SCI eligibility preferred)
Master's degree in a relevant field of study
Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills; proven skills in formal classroom delivery and curriculum development
