Job Summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) to lead our Accounts Payable operations within the Shared Services Center (SSC). This role will oversee the centralization and standardization of AP processes across 20+ locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Infor M3, SAP, and Tableau, along with a proven track record in people leadership, process transformation, and financial controls.

Job Location

This is a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta headquaters.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

    • Lead and develop a high-performing AP team, including managers, analysts, and processors.
    • Drive the centralization and standardization of AP processes across 20+ business units.
    • Define and execute the PTP strategy aligned with corporate finance and procurement goals.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

Operational Oversight

    • Oversee AP intake, invoice processing, and payment execution in Infor M3 and SAP.
    • Ensure timely and accurate 3-way matching, GR/IR reconciliation, and vendor payments.
    • Implement and monitor duplicate invoice checks and fraud prevention controls.
    • Manage vendor statement reconciliations and resolve escalated discrepancies.
    • Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reporting, and audit readiness.

Technology & Reporting

    • Leverage Tableau and other BI tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive insights.
    • Partner with IT and finance systems teams to optimize ERP and automation tools.
    • Champion digital transformation initiatives, including OCR, RPA, and workflow automation.

Compliance & Controls

    • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and tax regulations.
    • Lead internal and external audit support for AP-related inquiries and documentation.
    • Develop and maintain AP policies, procedures, and training programs.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred).
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or PTP operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience managing AP operations in a Shared Services or multi-location environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Infor M3, SAP, and Tableau.
    • Demonstrated success in process transformation, team leadership, and change management.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and metrics / analytical skills.
    • Experience in the building materials, manufacturing, or construction industry is preferred.
    • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA, OCR, workflow platforms) is preferred.
    • Multilingual capabilities is preferred.
