Prudential's Group Insurance business manufactures and distributes a full range of group life, long-term and short-term group disability, supplemental health, and group corporate, bank and trust owned life insurance in the U.S., primarily to institutional clients for use in connection with employee and membership benefits plans. Group Insurance also sells accidental death and dismemberment and other ancillary coverages and provides plan administrative services in connection with its insurance coverages. The Group Insurance business is undergoing a transformation which includes expanding product offerings and driving sustainable, profitable growth.
In support of increasing demand for voluntary benefits delivered through best-in-class enrollment, we are actively looking for an energetic leader who welcomes hard-work, ambiguity, and a dash of chaos, to join Prudential and be part of a growing Group Insurance organization.
This role will report to the Vice President and Head of Voluntary Product and will work to create and deliver innovative, modern, and robust enrollment capabilities and go to market strategies. This person plays a critical part in enabling Prudential to be a market leader in the Voluntary Benefits space.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $170,000.00 to $230,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
