The Reimbursement Analyst is a highly impactful role to support the success of reimbursement and health policy strategies and execution for all our Neuromodulation products. The Reimbursement Analyst will work with a wide set of internal and external stakeholders to help plan and implement strategies to gain funding and reimbursement for our technologies.
This role will focus on execution of reimbursement strategy and optimization. The role will provide an early analysis of the current reimbursement landscape and strategic path forward for successful reimbursement at launch and beyond. The Reimbursement Analyst will collaborate with the Reimbursement Support Center, the Therapy Access Solutions team and the Health Economics and Outcomes Research staff to access the landscape and opportunities in a fee for service and alternative payment models to support and establish optimal reimbursement. The role will create training and deliver education programs to sales force, physicians, home care agencies, case managers, hospital CFO's, medical directors, billing personnel, and pharmacists in clinics and hospitals.
