Records Specialist II (Healthcare)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Network Records Specialist ensures the accuracy and integrity of essential network data across multiple systems. This position is responsible for ensuring that records meet the standards as defined by company policies and procedures. The specialist will regularly audit and review data within three primary systems: Fiber Asset Manager, Network Customer Relationship Manager, and Operations Support System. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Provisioning, Sales, Client Service Management, and other departments to investigate discrepancies, resolve data issues, and maintain reliable, up-to-date network documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Audit and verify data accuracy within the Fiber Asset Manager, Network Customer Relationship Manager, and Operations Support System. 
  • Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies or data quality issues in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Provisioning, Sales, and Client Service Management to ensure consistent and accurate recordkeeping. 
  • Uphold data integrity by adhering to established policies, procedures, and quality standards. 
  • Analyze complex network records to ensure completeness and accuracy of network documentation. 
  • Provide feedback and support in the development of data management best practices. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps or system inefficiencies. 
  • Maintain detailed records of updates and corrections for compliance and audit purposes. 
  • Provide user support for Change Control and NOC teams via NCRM help desk tickets and assignments

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience working in a GIS or related system required
  • 3+ years of data quality and editing data attribution experience required
  • Experience reading construction drawings preferred

Where You Will Work

Hybrid: This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Monday and Friday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $24.04 - $33.03 per hour. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
