Position Overview

The CTPM Senior Project Manager facilitates the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects. Responsible for working with the product management, technology, and the business to manage and prioritize strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and other projects using appropriate methodologies and frameworks.  Directs cross functional teams through project lifecycle from ideation to project execution and approval.  Creates and maintains all project level documentation.  

What You'll Do

  • Work with product managers, BSA Leaders and project teams to determine and capture project scope, objectives, requirements and identify issues and risks.

  • Create a detailed work plan with tasks, dates, resources, and accurate work estimates

  • Manage and direct overall project team activities and monitors project status to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines, and escalates and resolves issues as needed. 

  • Develop a project communication plan to provide project progress and status to project sponsors, key stakeholders and core team members

  • Create and/or maintain project documentation such as detailed work plans, flow charts, graphs, status reports, roadmaps, and resources planning documents as necessary.

  • Utilize post-project reviews with project participants/stakeholders and create lessons learned or retrospective document. Leverage learnings to enhance and improve projects moving forward 

  • Partner with the ePMO and IT PM to assist in defining and refining the governance structure

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience preferably within financial services

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience working with corporate ITPMO or EPMO

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
