The Titans Recovery Support/SUD Clubhouse is located in Lilburn, Georgia. Titans Recovery Support Clubhouse serves members ages 13-17 who are experiencing difficulties with drug and/or alcohol use. We provide education around drug use and related issues, support with schoolwork, strategies for gaining employment, and activities that promote whole health and provide a fun alternative to using substances.

Under general supervision, plans, manages, and evaluates social services programs. Administers and coordinates the services and program activities in dependency, mental illness, youth development, or physical or developmental disability programs.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide administrative oversight of all Titans Clubhouse operations, in accordance with our DBHDD contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervision of staff (5 or more employees including a certified addictions counselor and paraprofessionals) including scheduling, approving time off, performance reviews, documentation
Supervision of the program (implementing curriculum, assessing client needs, managing referral process, monitoring recovery support work of staff members, planning monthly calendar/activities)
Manage Titans Clubhouse annual budget and DBHDD contract
Complete all required reports including budgeting, contract deliverables, tracking in state portal
Utilize Carelogic to track client activities
Conduct team meetings
Attend agency, DBHDD, and other meetings
Build community partnerships with referral sources and with agencies that provide resources and services needed by clubhouse members and families
Make appearances at Juvenile Drug Court and communicate with probation department
Adhere to DBHDD Contract Guidelines for Recovery Clubhouses
Supervise implementation of monthly program: Peer Support, Education and Employment programs, Clubhouse Activities/Social Club, Family Involvement, Transportation, Nutrition, and Aftercare Services
Assist staff in developing strength-based recovery support plans that involve members' families and community resources
Collaborate with other VPH departments to ensure that members' services are coordinated, and that VPH procedures and policies are implemented on-site
Attend mandatory meetings and conferences; research and implement best practices for clubhouse youth


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of job-related experience; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Social Svcs Prgm Coord 1 (SSP030) or position equivalent.

Note: Some positions may require a Georgia licensure as an LAPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT OR Certified Addictions Counselor in the state of Georgia (CAC or CADC) (all licensed candidates would need extensive education/training in substance use treatment)


Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Addictions Counselor in the state of Georgia- (or nearing completion of certification process)
At least 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents.
2 years of management/supervisory experience a plus


Requirements/Competencies:

Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
Requires long periods of sitting/standing.
Must have valid Georgia driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.
Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.
Any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities Note: Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
