KPP/ACCOUNT MANAGER (Finance)

- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician- Assist in new plan implementations as well as perform own implementation for any incumbent Third-Party Administrators (TPA's)
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs or requests and all interaction for plan updates and changes
- Maintain day to day contact with customers and customer service representatives (i.e. TPA's, Human Resources, brokers and consultants) regarding various issues such as rejected claims, eligibility, co-pay questions and member information
- Provide timely and accurate answers to member issues/inquiries from internal and external sources
- Coordinate implementation for all TPA's including meetings, review of plan set up and processing of member materials
- Escalate high priority or reoccurring issues to ensure resolution; may require running reports, investigating causes and flagging the item for follow up
- Interact with all levels of KPP associates at General Office, Division and Kroger to clients
- Analyze data, develop reports and presentation materials
- Review client Benefit Template at least annually and receive client approval sign off
- Remain current with pharmacy and Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) trends, including FDA approvals, recalls, and KPP clinical programs
- Attend member meetings to present current spend and coordinate meetings for open enrollment or health fairs
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
