Principal Business Consultant CCaaS / Digital Transformation (Finance)
This position will be responsible for collaborating with sales colleagues to drive customer awareness and education during the pre-sales phase; collaborating with Solutions Architects to ensure the Statement of Work aligns with customer expectations; managing customer expectations and satisfaction; recommending business process and organizational changes adjacent to inContact products; tracking time and status within inContact systems, and other tasks related to the success of the engagement.
The ideal candidate will have external Consulting experience and be an expert in Contact Center operations, CCaaS technology optimization and digital transformation and be able to provide strategic best practice advice along with tactical recommendations for transitioning from premise to Cloud and point solutions to suite.
