Job Description:
The Director of strategic client engagement is responsible for working directly with Epiq corporate clients in architecting an eDiscovery center of excellence framework aligned to the client's specific needs and objectives. Ideally, the client program framework would yield a high level of governance, risk mitigation as well as predictable and understandable costs. The director will lead client facing discussions and collaborative meetings in regards to defining client requirements and aspirations relative to overall eDiscovery program management which may include, but not limited to, resource needs, consulting needs, training, communication, reporting, etc. The director will also be responsible for working closely with Epiq internal support teams to document client requirements and onboarding plans which will ultimately drive the implementation and ongoing stewardship of the program guidelines that were established.
Job Duties:
Continuous enhancement and improvement of Epiq pre-sales material related to the eDiscovery center of excellence framework
Participate in pre-sales activities for corporate clients conveying the elements of our program framework and the value Epiq can yield with the approach
Development of implementation planning artifacts for use in client onboarding
Leading client scoping discussions and making recommendations specific to program framework elements
Document client requirements and onboarding plans with defined milestones
Facilitate client onboarding meetings and communications with Epiq service delivery teams
Define recurring program validation points and process both internally and with the client
Transition program management to Epiq service delivery teams at the conclusion of the implementation process
Collaborating with Epiq service delivery and product management personnel on needs for client reporting and other program management related needs
Credentials:
College degree or equivalent is required
Previous experience working at a corporation in an eDiscovery advisory or program management function
General knowledge of the eDiscovery industry, specifically in regards to pricing models, generally accepted processes and workflows and competitive landscape.
