Director S&OP (Creative Design)

Key Responsibilites

  • Accountable for the S&OP process and for the successful global rollout and implementation.
  • Leads team for preparation of data and material for monthly S&OP meetings that will facilitate decisions around equipment, labor and all other resources needed to support demand over the S&OP planning horizon
  • Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve the demand plan consensus including new product introductions, product sales, and marketing activities as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps Provides direction and assistance on resolution of complex issues and potential problems related to supply and demand management.
  • Accountable to define key metrics of S&OP and track benefits and improvements to the business while leading the development of planning strategies and implement appropriate processes to manage supply plans, product availability, and inventory levels to fulfill sales demand, customer service metrics, and optimal costs.
  • Identify significant business risks and escalate to the leadership teams and influence key stakeholders to drive for decisions and resolution to complex and difficult challenges resulting in win-win outcomes.

Experience

  • 5- 15+ years of management of diverse teams / projects required.
  • 4 - 10+ years' in highly analytical supply/demand planning environment; S&OP experience is preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CPIM/CSCP) and Membership in Professional Associations (e.g. APICS, ISM) preferred
  • Various years of experience // education will be considered

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management or, General industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain, Quality, or Engineering
  • Various years of experience // education will be considered
