Principal Chemical Engineer (Finance)
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Des Plaines, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in chemical engineering.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years of experience in chemical engineering.
- Very strong knowledge of alkylation (FCC, Merox)
- Proven expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in product development and improvement.
- Knowledge of process simulation software.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Great communication and ability to work well with customers
- Strong leadership and technical expertise in chemical engineering.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Passion for safety, sustainability, and compliance.
