Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Convenience to drive growth and execution for our Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverage portfolio within the convenience channel. This role will focus on branded opportunities in Coffee and Protein Beverages and requires a motivated, entrepreneurial leader with deep knowledge of the convenience retail landscape. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in beverage sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by building strong customer relationships and executing against ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Trilliant's RTD beverage presence within the convenience and gas channel.
· Cultivate and manage key accounts, distributors, and broker relationships to drive sell-in and sell-through performance.
· Lead new business development efforts, identifying growth opportunities across our platform of brands
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to support product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
· Deliver on revenue, distribution, and profitability targets while ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
· Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance, competitive activity, and market trends.
· Represent Trilliant at key industry trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings.
· Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value of Trilliant's RTD offerings to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience. Master's is a plus.
· 5+ years of sales experience in the beverage industry, with a strong preference for RTD and convenience channel experience.
· Demonstrated success in account management and new business development in a CPG environment, required.
· Strong understanding of the convenience retail landscape, including category dynamics, broker experience, distributor networks, and merchandising strategies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
· Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time.

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours with occasional travel required to our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.

Physical and Mental Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
