Works in a team office environment within the office of the City Attorney.Performs administrative support functions such as schedules meetings, greeting clients /s citizens and respond to telephone inquiries.Compose and edit documents and emails for review.Provide primary support for municipal court prosecution team.Edit various documents received from the City Attorney and legal staff.May coordinate, prepare, and monitor documents for the council agenda process on an as-needed basis.May maintain legal library, and review, summarize, and code legal memoranda for file.Reads and routes incoming mail.May act as department liaison for computer technical needs, and department communications.Coordinate and maintain various databases and spreadsheets to track work in progress.Scan and code documents for electronic filing and retrieval.Work closing with the various departments to coordinate and manage municipal court matters.
