Resident Services/Relocaition Lead (Personal Services)



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required.
Relocation:
Oversee compliance of relocation team and processes affiliated with the program, including resident transfers, creating and delivering of resident notices, scanning of correspondence in a timely manner, auditing of resident files, strategizing relocation to follow the construction schedule and attendance of relocation meetings.
Provide onsite support to the relocation team on an as needed basis
Assist with processing and approving relocation claims
Timely reports updating the progress of the departments (EnVision Center and Relocation) weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly updates.
Resident Services
Coordinate programs, referrals, and support services within the housing communities of CMHA to meet the goals of the centers: Education, Economic Empowerment, Health and Wellness, Character and Leadership Increase participation of community partners involved with CMHA EnVision Centers Coordinate and attend community events within CMHA and outside partners Provide support and leadership to the Outreach Coordinators of the centers. Create fliers and monthly calendars and distribute the community partners, residents and staff of CMHA Mentor and coach staff to achieve established goals and enhance individual and group performance. Provide Gold Standard customer service to internal and external clients. Perform additional duties as assigned.
