Analytics Solution Engineer (Marketing)
Job Description:
This is a sales support role focused on driving revenue within WFA through subject matter expertise of all products. This includes our ACA compliance platform and Graduate Outcome's solutions, as well as any other solutions as available. There will be a particular emphasis on supporting business development and the launch of Healthcare/Education related services. Equifax is poised to be the market leader in providing our clients with solution sets, tools, and platforms that can be easily integrated to aid with Affordable Care Act, Graduate Outcomes, Licensing and Certification, and other compliance regulations.
Key to the WFA Solutions Engineer role is the ability to assist the sales team in identification of key, large client opportunities that can be sold an ACA solution and/or related services. The WFA Solutions Engineer will focus on driving new revenue through product launches, custom solutions development, identification of industry trends, and partner relationships.
The WFA Solutions Engineer will lead the preparation of professional presentations/materials and work with various sales channels to sell all solutions. Additionally, he/she will provide market insights and "voice of customer" feedback to the COE teams regarding competitive offerings and client needs for product and solution development.
The WFA Solutions Engineer should hold a deep understanding of ACA legislation along with the existing eThority and Essentials platforms. This subject matter expertise is needed to aid clients in determining eligibility, affordability and IRS Reporting and to most importantly minimize fine risk. The WFA Solutions Engineer is expected to work with our current sales team to help identify client business issues/needs and operational processes and then co-design and execute the appropriate sales strategy and pursuit with the WFA sales team. The WFA Solutions Engineer must generate and maintain credibility with client executives as it pertains to his/her area of expertise; remaining up-to-speed and current on industry activity, competitive movements and the clients' business needs. The WFA Solutions Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining multi-level client relationships that drive incremental sales and grow the greater account.
Finally, the WFA Solutions Engineer is responsible for working closely with the Product Management and Technology teams in their day-to-day sales, marketing, and product management activities. The WFA Solutions Engineer will assist the business development team in the testing of our solutions with client files and will assist the product management and development groups in the improvements to our solutions to reflect client and marketplace needs.
