Truck Driver Class B (Co-op Partners Warehouse) (Transportation)
Deliver palletized, refrigerated products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Pick up products from vendors as part of a backhaul on routes.
Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the entire delivery process including loading and unloading of orders.
Safely deliver orders to customers, assist customers with orders, troubleshoot issues with product, accept returns if needed while providing friendly, courteous service.
Maintains accurate delivery logs and records, follows all company safety and accident.
Complete and/or distribute paperwork as needed.
Bill of Ladings, Invoices, Fuel forms, DOT logs, etc…
Conducts pre-trip inspections and regularly inspects trucks and refrigeration equipment. Notify Management with equipment concerns.
Act as a brand ambassador, providing a positive image of Co-op Partners Warehouse to customers and vendors.
Assist as needed in the warehouse.
Additional duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Class C license is required.
Class B CDL license is preferred.
Co-op Partners Warehouse can invest in individuals' development training to obtain Class B-CDL
Good Driving record/MVR
Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to lift 40-70 lbs. with frequent bending, stopping, and lifting.
Ability to work for extended periods of time under cold, wet conditions.
Demonstrated ability to work with customers and coworkers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ability to work with TCCP to create an inclusive environment where all are welcomed.
Safety and Security
Observes safety and security procedures such as Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), Material Safety Data (MSD) sheets, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), Emergency Evacuations and Building Security; Reports potentially unsafe conditions and injuries: near miss/incidents/accidents; Uses and cares for company equipment and materials properly.
