The Human Resources Solution Center provides accurate, high quality, responses and solutions to internal and external customers. This team is the primary point of contact for HR Services, spanning payroll, HR technology, learning systems, recruitment, benefits, and more. The Human Resources Solution Center Specialist provides outstanding services to customers by addressing complex requests that are received through phone calls and our service request platform.
Responsibilities:
The HR Solution Center Specialist role will act as a Tier 2 escalation point for our HCM (Workday) and Learning (SuccessFactors) systems transaction support requests received in the HR Solution Center. This role will research and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to all requests. The HR Solution Center Specialist will look to identify and make recommendations for process improvements.
The HRSC Specialist spends 40% of their time providing phone coverage for the HRSC call line and ensures that telephone calls and cases and enters all information into the HR Solution Center tracking system.
This role will execute and create robust audits within Workday, review and take action on any results that need resolution and ensure employee data accuracy.
This person will also be responsible for leading HRSC projects, administering Workday process cycles, coaching HRSC representatives, and mass loads such as compensation changes and terminations, etc.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of experience with HR systems

-Ability to juggle competing priorities

- Comfortable operating with ambiguity
