Although the firm advocates a preventative approach to litigation, this position should anticipate working on cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, health and welfare benefit disputes, and wrongful termination.
While experience in employment litigation is required, education law experience is not essential. Admission to the California Bar required. Travel to client offices throughout Southern California will be integral to the position. Occasional travel to other parts of the state will also be required.
