Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Aircraft Solutions office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, hotel, and restaurant reservations.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports the Aircraft Solutions team by performing tasks related to organization.
Gathers data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback.
Creates detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to business decision-makers.
Assists with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events.
Oversees the design and graphics of marketing materials.
Conducts market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent education required (AA, AS, or greater desired).
One to three years of administrative assistant experience required.
One to three years of administrative assistant experience in Marketing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat required.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present ideas, concepts, and proposals with a wide range of internal and external audiences at all levels on technical and non-technical subjects
