Full Time Well-Being Coordinator role based in Beverly Hills, CA.

Estimated travel approximately 25% of work hours. Cigna employee to work directly onsite with client.
The Onsite Well-Being Coordinator will work closely with the Cigna Account Management Team and Customer's Health and Wellness team in executing the organization's health management goals. The primary focus of the Onsite Well-Being Coordinator is health promotion.
In collaboration, with the Cigna account team, the Onsite Well-Being Coordinator executes the appropriate delivery and coordination of wellness programs including event scheduling and appointment coordination, community and vendor programs, and monitors effectiveness of the programs. The focus of the Onsite Well-Being Coordinator is the working well population of employees in aggregate. A core objective of this position is to facilitate wellness programs that educate and influence employees at the worksite to lead healthy lifestyles.
