This position will work with multiple database systems to provide end-users support, testing system changes, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvement. The position is located in San Jose, CA.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Works with functional users to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issuesAssists with systems development, upgrades, and project enhancementsProposes, develops, tests, implements and evaluates modifications and/or additions to HR systems Oversees functional testing for all HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenanceEnsures data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentationCreates, tests, and manages data interfaces with other vendor applicationsResolves issues as they relate to processes and systemsDevelops and generates custom and ad hoc queries as requestedCreates and run scheduled queries for end usersResponsible for day-to-day, ongoing maintenance and process tasks within the system including import loads, accrual adjustments, creating new locationsServes as a liaison between HR team and payroll, IT, Accounting, and others with regards to HR systems and enhancementsSupports and participates as a project team member in ongoing HRIS implementation projectsEngage with Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needsCreates user guides, system workflow, and standard operating proceduresAssists with development and delivery of end users trainingPerforms other duties as requiredMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field2 years of experience involving extensive data reporting/analysis or database management2 years of experience with Workday HCM requiredKnowledge in Workday Integration tools Packaged Integrations, Workday studio, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Document Transformation ,Calculated Fields, and Report WriterKnowledge of PeopleSoft desiredPrior experience developing and generating reports & analytics; ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas of opportunityStrong technical skills including advanced experience with Microsoft ApplicationsStrong SQL report writing skills and analyzing various reporting functions within HRIS systemsExcellent communication and presentation skills with experience driving projects to completionValid driver’s licenseDeadline to submit resume is Wednesday, January 30, 2019.The Equal Opportunity Policy of the Company is based upon the philosophy that all people should be treated fairly and with dignity.
