The Law, Compliance, Business Ethics & External Affairs organization (LCBE) within Prudential is seeking a Project Administrator to provide operational support for the Vice President, Administration - Law Relationship Manager. LCBE's Relationship Managers (RM) directly assist LCBE's senior executives in the effective administration of their organizations. This position supports the Law RM in a range of duties that assist in the effective administration of a large corporate Law Department. The position offers visibility to multiple levels of management and provides a unique opportunity to develop relationships and interact with employees across an array of corporate and business functions. The ideal candidate will combine skills and experience in administration, business management and project management to assist the Law RM coordinate the strategic, administrative, financial and operations support for their supported organizations. The ideal candidate for this role will assist with preparing and reviewing key reports and presentations, provide analytical support, project management support, and effectively communicate key information to the group's leadership. Working in a team-based environment to deliver exceptional client service skills and exceeding client expectations by engineering and delivering solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee day-to-day service deliverables and client specific requests to ensure assigned clients receive the highest quality product
Assist with collecting and consolidating client information to develop operational reports and strategic presentations
Project management coordination
Produce insightful analytics, metrics, and pertinent trends for inclusion in monthly and quarterly business reports.
Act as a subject matter expert and assist department, team and clients with various inquiries
Escalates client issues appropriately
Makes recommendations for enhancements to current processes and procedures
Develop understanding key business drivers and their impact to the business.

Undergraduate degree in related field and/or relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage and prioritize projects and take an active role in problem solving/decision making
Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as a team member
Utilizes reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
Be data driven, analytical and enjoy working with numbers
Ability to learn and understand law and compliance operations
Poised, calm under pressure and an effective verbal and written communicator
