Product Marketing Manager, Supply Chain (Project Management)
The Product Marketing Manager with support of Product Strategy and Product Development will create and execute on going market penetration plans. You will ensure the sales organization is prepared to present the product with messaging that is compelling and supported by fact. You will lead collaboration with the sales enablement team to ensure the salestema has training and proficiency in the product. You will ensure the marketplace is buzzing with our winning solutions through earned and paid media, social influencing, effective case studies and testimonials, and a continuous feed of key data that establishes Inmar as the clear leader.
You will play a vital and lead role in the commercialization and launch of new products. From inception through launch including collaboration on pricing, targeting, messaging, media engagement, and launch
Conducts market research to identify market trends, needs and opportunities.
Conducts ongoing research and informs the product and sales teams on market challenges and competitive threats in terms of SWOT or similar methodologies.
Understands and can articulate product values and the gains a clients will achieve when selecting Inmar products.
Collection and interpretation of voice of the customer to ensure product development is focused on the right goals and in the right order.
Collaborates with Product Strategy and Product Management to establish Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)
Develops thought leadership pieces to promote solutions and consolidate Inmar as an industry expert in Supply Chain logistics.
Collaborates with the Corporate Marketing team in the development of marketing collateral, planning and execution of marketing events and other marketing related activities
Creates personas of buyer behavior and buying criteria to better inform the product strategy and sales.
Collaborates with internal and external teams to plan and execute media and PR campaigns to support the product
Collaborates with the Client Services team in the development of collateral and materials for client meetings
Project Management (20%)
Supports the product team in all other tasks necessary to ensure optimal product strategy execution.
Manages and updates all product marketing information and distributes to the sales team as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
3-5 years of related work experience in CPG, technology or pharma marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Google Suite
