SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The "Parking Administrative Assistant" serves as one of the company's contact with the public, clients and location managers to complete a variety of tasks to ensure that customer service, reports to clients and operations run smooth, effective, efficient, and in a personable manner. The Operational Administrative Assistant will exercise judgment and discretion to provide personal customer service at all levels while reporting to the Operations Manager.
