Position Summary :
Responsible for the overall culinary operation of Banquet functions and special events. Develops and maintains high performing teams; achieves financial and company objectives and cost of sales control; ensures that guest service needs are identified and deploys resources to ensure proper guest service.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
The term "management" includes duties such as interviewing; training; selecting and adjusting rates of pay and hours of work; directing the work of employees; maintaining production; appraising employees' productivity and efficiency for purposes of recommending promotions or other changes (evaluations); handling employees' grievances and complaints; disciplining employees; planning work; providing for safety and security; and monitoring or implementing legal compliance matters.

In this role you will lead the culinary team to design the precise menu options and presentation styles that will create and extraordinary experience for our guests. The team will create buffet breakfasts, or plated lunches, and dazzling receptions with hors d'oeuvres or inspiring multi-course banquets. Your hours will vary in this role based on the events scheduled.
