Global Presales Technical Enablement Manager (Sales)
We are looking for an innovative Presales Enablement Manager to develop high-quality technical training and enablement programs for our internal Pre-Sales Consultants. As a pivotal member of the Enablement team, this person will be responsible for driving, designing, planning, organizing, and developing training materials, resources, and onboarding in support of Informatica's Presales needs. You will be tasked with the implementation of new key initiatives that support our client-facing teams across all 3 global theaters (North America, EMEA/LATAM, and APJ). The ideal candidate will demonstrate individual resourcefulness, and a drive to get things done with a collaborative, ‘make it happen' approach and be able to speak the language of the Presales communities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the Presales and Technical Enablement team, you will partner closely with our Presales consultants and leaders. You will ensure that our field organization has the knowledge and skills needed for effective representation of our solutions. To excel in this role, it is important to have experience around direct selling efforts as well as helping to enable / teach others as there will be elements of technical capabilities, sales understanding and enablement throughout the deliverables and initiatives in this function.
