Description
The Intelligence Analyst – Deputy Chief National Guard Bureau Briefing Team is to support the Chief Nation Guard Bureau (CNGB) in his capacity as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. This position does not provide relocation accommodations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence support to the CNGB (VCNGB), National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Staff, the National Guard (NG) Service Components and the Joint Force Headquarters State (JFHQ-State); Assist Chief Briefer in all the below duties and responsibilities.
Represent CNGB's position in dealings with the Joint Staff Director of the Joint Intelligence (J2), Defense Intelligence Agencies and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
Assist Chief Briefer in producing daily intelligence products, to include written and oral reports and briefings, for NG Senior Leaders (CNGB), VCNGB, State Adjutants General, (TAG's) Joint Staff and Service Components) at the Top Secret and TS/SCI Level.
Provide TAGs and JFHQ-State with Political/Military (POL/MIL) information and traditional threat reporting in the written and verbal format regarding their designated State Partnership Program (SPP) country.
Serve as Deputy Chief Briefer and assist SME to Deputy Security of Defense's Management Action Group (DMAG) meetings, JCS TANK Sessions, Operations Deputies meetings, Foreign Dignitary Visits, and other meetings and forums as required.
Monitor real time global situation as it relates to the National Guard.Manage and track briefings, conference room usage, and questions tempo of the NG-2 SCIF activities.
Assist and contribute to build continuity programs for the hand-off of exchange of daily activities.
Prompt and regular attendance.
Other duties as assigned of customer or contract.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to research, assimilate, and organize information and write clear, succinct, grammatically correct which meet the standards of Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 and/or AFH 33-337.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Working knowledge of commonly used military terminology to be used within office settings to prepare
material correctly.
Working knowledge of Micro Office Suite, to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel expertise.
Security Requirements
The selected individual must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening as a condition of employment. The selected individual may/will be subject to a Government security background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements. Clearance level requirement may be subject to change at the government's discretion. In this event, you will be required to obtain and maintain the required clearance (TS/SCI) for the duration of your employment. Incumbent may be selected at a higher or lower clearance level as specified by any change made by the Government.

Educational / Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
Minimum of five years of related experience conducting intelligence analysis, to include working with government personnel at a senior level.
Proven performance writing and delivering intelligence briefings and reports at the most senior level.
