Counterintelligence OPSEC SME (Must have TS Clearance and SCI/Poly eligible) (Security)

In this role, the Counterintelligece OPSEC Subject Matter Expert will provide assistance and guidance to support the customer's counterintelligence mission.
Assess reporting from multiple technical and human intelligence sources to identify OPSEC risks and vulnerabilities
Interface and coordinate, almost daily, with operational components within the organization and in the wider USG/USIC/DOD, as well as with Five Eyes partners and allied foreign intelligence services
Conduct risk assessments on domestic and international operational communications plans
Mentor less experienced contractor personnel
Perform OPSEC relevant duties as requested by the management
Identify information gaps in counterintelligence reporting
Develop OPSEC guidelines and training relevant to counterintelligence operations and investigations
Provide recommendations for correcting mistakes or problems identified during operational counterintelligence reviews
Provide specific operational input for addressing identified OPSEC issues
Travel domestically to provide OPSEC training or guidance
Travel internationally to support objectives, strategies, and goals of the organization
Provide other assistance as needed or as directed by management
Support ongoing joint Strategic National Initiatives
Provide briefings on OPSEC and adversarial tradecraft to mangement
Collaborate with USIC partners or foreign intelligence services to conduct source or subject interviews
Facilitate, administer, or advise HUMINT and/or technically enabled clandestine operations
Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI is required
A minimum of 10 years working national security matters
A minimum of 5 years working counterintelligence matters
Experience/familiarity with East Asia regional subject matter
Experience recruiting human sources and exploiting technical surveillance
