Product Strategy Director (Finance)



The Director of Search, Match, Scheduling and Reviews team at Evernorth's Digital division will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Finding Care. This individual will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy that drives innovation and delivers exceptional customer experiences, while solving complex problems, communicating solutions concisely, and articulating a clear vision to both technical and non-technical groups.

This individual will be charged with managing the product roadmap, defining new products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and most importantly, leading a team of product strategists. A successful Product Director will help us deliver end-to-end experiences that connect health consumers with the guidance, support, and incentives they need to improve their health, well-being, and sense of security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver compelling product platform roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities.
  • Drive innovation and outcomes through data-driven techniques.
  • Drive and teach test-and-learn methodologies within the team and serve as an advocate for experimentation.
  • Translate business objectives into a clear product roadmap and requirements.
  • Support rapid business growth and expansion across multiple lines of business.
  • Work closely with Product & Technology leadership, Design, Research, Analytics, Clinical, and Development/Delivery teams.
  • Partner with business leads and functional owners to accomplish core responsibilities.
  • Evangelize the product management job family internally and externally.
  • Thrive on cross-functional collaboration and actively work to improve the people, product, and process on your team and beyond.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers.
  • Empower team members to take ownership of their projects and make decisions, while providing the necessary support and resources.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends.
  • Strong experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, User Research, and Data Science.
  • Fluency in design thinking and lean start-up methodologies, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proven track record in agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience in mentoring, developing, and leading a team of product managers.
  • Proven experience in managing difficult stakeholders and influencing business partners.
  • Strong background in using data to inform product decisions and enhance user experiences.
  • Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of digital product management experience, including 2 years managing other digital product managers.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 158,300 - 263,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
