A Role You Will Love - A Mailroom Associate I is responsible for daily handling of incoming and outgoing mail. Tasks include opening, sorting, manifesting, date stamping, identification and delivery of all mail items received. Complete research and validation of delivered items as needed. Use of various mailroom equipment which includes but is not limited to the inserter, letter opener, and postage machine. Process letters and special mailings as requested, including folding, stuffing, potage application, batch balancing, and mailing. Process returned mail, including updates t the system of record; identify and process certified green cards. Pick up mail from designated points throughout the company, seal and apply postage for mailing. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Processing of return mail, updates to the system of record, identify and processing of certified green cards.
Sorting of incoming mail.
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
