Marketing Associate II - Remote Opportunity (Finance)

The Marketing Associate reports to the Senior Manager of Growth Initiatives and supports development of the marketing strategy and execution of growth initiatives for the KinderCare business. This role is focused on driving awareness, inquiry, consideration, conversion and retention of families for new KinderCare Learning centers. The role requires that this person lead the research and recommendation of marketing tactics deployed at each new center as part of the Community Marketing Strategy.
