Clinical Dietitian - South Chapel Hill (Healthcare)
Minimum Requirements:
Licensed as a Registered Dietitian with the North Carolina Board of Dietetics and NutritionMinimum of one-year clinical nutrition experience, highly preferred
Our Registered Dietitians:
Conduct assessments, develop care plansusingthe nutrition care process, monitor on-going medical conditions, and provide nutrition education and counseling to patients.Provide appropriatenutrition and diabetes education and counseling servicesto individual patients, families, and groupsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team tocoordinate patient careand to identify education and nutritional needs of patients with nutrition-related medical conditionsContribute to the nutrition services department through work on other projects and program development efforts
