The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing clarity, focus and motivation to achieve branch excellence. Supports the Branch Manager in achieving superior financial results and expanding existing relationships. Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, audit & compliance, product sales, customer service, cash control, security, and safety in accordance with the company's objectives. Performs all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
To accomplish this, the Branch Operations Manager in partnership with the Branch Manager builds and develops a diverse and high performing branch team.
