Shipping and Receiving Specialist - Level 1 (Finance)

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist - Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. You will ensure that all shipments are properly documented, tracked, and delivered on time, while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments

• Unload and store materials in designated areas

• Prepare and package outgoing orders for shipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
