Lead Associate 401k Retirement Plan Account Mgr (Project Management)
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Strong background in 401K plan service or administration required.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communicator with effective professional presence and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.
Able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
Working knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, Access and software systems.
Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and spirit of cooperation in a team environment.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals required within 6 months
