Medicaid Consultant - Healthcare Services (Healthcare)

Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to participate in and manage a team dedicated to overseeing and managing a state's school-based Medicaid reimbursement program in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines, including managing, monitoring, reviewing, and performing Random Moment Time Studies and related cost reporting and cost settlement procedures, and preparing, reviewing and submitting reports to applicable state and federal government authorities for appropriate and compliant claiming under federal programs, as necessary and required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Senior Manager supervises all managers to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met. The Senior Manager is responsible for developing a monitoring plan for the Program, as well as negotiating contracts for any required subcontractors or vendors. The Senior Manager is expected to provide high-level expertise across a broad range of business and related subject matter areas including public sector governance, project management, change management, and consensus building.
